Auto Parts Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory, customer service and staff management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Driving sales, providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal inventory levels, ordering new stock and managing customer returns.
  • Financial Management: Managing the store's budget, tracking sales and expenses and ensuring profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensuring the store runs smoothly, implementing company policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training and supervising store staff, delegating tasks and fostering a positive moral amongst the staff.

Skills Required:

  • Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of auto parts, their applications and vehicle repair processes
  • Proficiency in POS and parts lookup systems
  • Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage staff and oversee store operations
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
